  • Register an Ownership Transfer with the HOA (required for any ownership change)

  • Obtain Lender Certificates

  • Order HOA Documents (optional)

For Escrow Orders:

  • You will receive a Demand explaining what is needed to clear escrow (balances, violations, etc.)

  • New Homeowners should fill out a Homeowner Information Form 📝
