    • This form is to be filled out by a Board Member looking to sign up their HOA for our services.

  • Monthly Financial Packet (Last Full Month)

  • Budget & Annual Disclosures (Current Fiscal Year)

  • Tax Return (Filed for Last Fiscal Year​)

📝Complete Steps in Onboarding Portal
& Sign Agreement
  • After you complete the Form in Step #2, you will receive an email link to our interactive Online Portal.

  • Please follow the steps in this Portal, including uploading the documents from Step #3. 

  • Through this Portal, you will e-sign our agreement and we'll confirm your start date. Welcome Aboard!

👟Board Kick-Off Meeting
  • We will schedule a kick-off meeting between our Onboarding Specialist and your full Board of Directors, which will go over the Online Portal and next steps

👋Welcome Letters Sent
(1 month to 15 Days Before Start Date)
  • We will send a welcome letter packet to the membership, both via email and USPS mail (we must also mail the welcome packet in case email addresses are not provided or up to date for each homeowner).

  • The welcome packet will include instructions on how to pay assessments (and conduct other HOA actions going forward).

📲Online Portal Invitations Sent
(10 Days Before Start Date)
  • Homeowners will receive email invitations to register for their new Online Portal.

  • We encourage homeowners to set up assessment autopay in advance of our go-live date.

  • Homeowners may start contacting us for technical support.

🚦Go Live!
(On Start Date)
  • On the first day of our services, we will start collecting assessments, entering/paying your HOA bills (with Board approvals), and performing all other services for which we were engaged.

  • Sit back and enjoy the new efficiencies we bring for your Board and Association!

🧮First Financial Packet Produced
(Within 15 days After 1st Full Month of Service)
  • Sample Financial Packet

  • For full transparency, we post the financial packet to the full membership each month.

    • For privacy reasons, homeowner names and units are not disclosed in the financial reports. Rather, we use codes for each unit. The Board will have access to these codes to decipher identities within the financial reports.

💖Continued Support
  • Membership has access to our email and phone support.

  • For the first two months, the Board will have personal contact with an Onboarding Specialist to ensure everything is going well.

  • After two months, our general support team will take care of your HOA to ensure optimal support.
