Opt-In for Email Delivery
By default, you will receive statutory deliverables via US Mail (due to California HOA laws).
We encourage you to opt-in for email delivery.
Please opt-in to email delivery via your Online Portal on the "My Profile" tab, or via this Form.
Submit Architectural Application
If your HOA has engaged us to process architectural applications, please follow instructions and submit on your Online Portal in the "Requests" tab.

Update My Information
Please keep your profile updated via your Online Portal on the "Account Profile" tab.

Report Maintenance Issue
If your HOA has engaged us to handle your HOA's maintenance issues, you may:

Obtain HOA's Certificate of Insurance
Financial institutions, mortgage lenders, or other entities may request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to verify that your HOA maintains specific insurance policies. This document serves as proof of your HOA's coverage for their specific requirements.
To request a COI, you must contact your HOA’s insurance agent directly. Their contact details are available in your insurance policy documents, which can be accessed under the “Documents” tab within your HOA’s Online Portal. Many insurance agents use https://www.eoidirect.com/ to easily handle these requests.
We cannot directly distribute the COI to you on behalf of your HOA's insurance agent.
